Operating at the absolute bedrock protocol layer of the Interbank Clearing row, this real-time counter monitors gross transaction velocities across the isolated mainnet.

As sovereign assets, institutional debt, and tokenized deposits are routed across the 90 .capital nodes, the rwcounter.capital engine algorithmically splits and extracts a fixed 0.50% volume commission (50 basis points) from the gross nominal value of all cleared liquidity.
