XVI. The Compute Surcharge Framework – Tier-B Resource Allocation

The Tier-B Compute Surcharge Framework constitutes the dynamic resource-allocation and operational pricing engine of the AMINT AS infrastructure. Under this model, participating financial institutions are assessed a recurring compute surcharge calculated directly from their real-time physical and digital footprint within our Tier-4 sub-surface infrastructure.

This specialized operational framework ensures that participating tier-1 banks bear the explicit costs associated with high-velocity computing power, raw hardware consumption, dedicated data vaults, and specialized localized bandwidth allocation. By structuring the Tier-B architecture to isolate and pass through operational infrastructure footprints directly to the global user base, AMINT AS protects its core corporate margins, isolating its commercial balance sheet from macroeconomic energy fluctuations and maintenance overheads.
